Orthopedic and Pain Clinic Campaigns

To promote Black River Memorial Hospital's hip replacement and shoulder surgeries as well as a new pain clinic, Legato developed a campaign that focused on lyfestyle benefits. The umbrella message was "how you feel lmatters." In addition to consumer communications, direct mailers were sent to primary care physicians encouraging them torefer their patients to Black River Memorial Hospital for treatment. Physicians also were supplied with patient eduction brocures and display kits to build awareness of the new pain clinc.
