Walk-In Care Campaign

Bone & Joint took their specialty expertise further with a walk-in care clinic specializing in bone, joint and muscle injuries. The first clinic of its kind in the region, Legato developed an aggressive awareness campaign that also educated. The campaign featured real-life situations in which quick care is needed but is not serious enough to require an ER visit.

Bone & Joint's goal was to see at least 5 patients a week. But in the first month of the campaign launch, Bone & Joint Walk-In Care saw a total of 63 patients, averaging 3.4 patients a day, far exceeding its initial goal.
