Life Empowered Multi-Media Campaign
Positioning Holy Family Memorial as the provider of quality care, Legato developed a campaign that put a "face" to quality. In other words, gave it meaning with which consumers could truly connect.
Under the umbrella theme "life. EMPOWERED." we used real patient testimonials to promote four key service lines. Cardiology was the first. Actual patients told their success stories through videos that were placed on a separate landing page (link to hfmempowered. Com) on the hospital's website, which also contained key quality facts. The call-to-action on all advertising pieces drove people to the page to watch the patient testimonial videos.
The campaign resulted in more than an $80,000 increase in heart and vascular new patient revenue and a $1,644,000 increase in cardiac catheterization lab procedure revenue.
