Legato created a lot of hoopla for Black River Memorial Hospital with a campaign promoting knee and hip surgeries. It included a "block party" educational event and a viral video featuring employees hula hooping throughout the hospital (CEO included). In just two weeks of airing on YouTube, the "Do the Hoopla!" video received 400 views from all over the U.S. and other countries.
Due to the campaign, hip and knee surgeries increased five-fold.
